We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas):

  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and protective materials must be intact
  • A proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on light bulbs and LED lights that have been removed from their original packaging. These items are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
